Returns & Exchanges
Orders are non-refundable. If something arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@taylorelliottdesigns.com within 5 days of receiving. Please email a photo of the damage with your order number. 

If your shipping address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, we will contact you for an alternate address. Please be aware that you will be charged an additional shipping costs for shipping the package to the correct address.
All shipping charges are per address. If you are shipping to multiple addresses, each order must be placed separately.
International Orders
International orders can take as long as 8-10 weeks to arrive depending on your shipping address. Please note that duty fees and taxes are not included in our item prices or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 
Shipping
Most orders ship within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. Processing time may be longer around the holiday season as we are processing more orders during this time. Once your order leaves our studio ,we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your item arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so we can try our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.
Color
Please keep in mind that computer monitor display colors differently. Colors on products may vary slightly from the image you see on your screen.
