We are currently accepting a limited number of online retailers. Retailers may not sell our products on third party platforms (i.e. Amazon, eBay and Etsy) without obtaining prior permission in writing from Taylor Elliott Designs.
ORDERING + PAYMENT
Orders can be placed by email, on our website, or through our reps. Payment can be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover). All payments are processed right before your order ships. We do not ship C.O.D.
All shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment. Please allow 2-4 business days to process and ship your order. Orders ship from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas. Unless other arrangements have been made, domestic orders ship ground. We are unable to use third party shipping accounts at this time. Any international duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not ship backorders under $75.00.

DAMAGES, EXCHANGES + RETURNS
We do not accept returns on wholesale orders. Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. Please email us a photo of the damaged product, your order number, and quantity to firstname.lastname@example.org. Damages or defective products must be reported within three days after delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping, handling, and a restocking fee on canceled orders that have already shipped. Refused orders will be charged shipping, handling, and a restocking fee.
USE OF PHOTOS
Our retailers are welcome to use any of our photos as long as they are credited back to Taylor Elliott Designs. Please do not warp or alter our photos. For Dropbox access to our product photos for your website and social media use, please email us at email@example.com.
